Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of Injazio, including user rights and responsibilities, accounts, subscriptions, content, community participation, and payments to ensure a safe and professional educational environment.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any service provided by Injazio, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should stop using the platform.
Nature of the Service
Injazio is a digital educational platform that provides tools for teaching, managing lessons, creating whiteboards, sharing content, using educational tools, and organizing the online learning experience for teachers and students.
Account Creation
Users must provide accurate information when registering and keep their login credentials confidential. The user is responsible for any activity carried out through their account unless a security issue beyond their control is proven.
Permitted Use
The platform must be used only for lawful educational and training purposes. It is prohibited to use the platform for any activity that violates the law, ethics, public morals, or the rights of others.
Educational Content
Content created or uploaded by the user remains their property, while the platform is granted the right to host, operate, and technically process it for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
Prohibited Content
It is forbidden to publish or upload abusive, racist, unethical, or infringing content, as well as content containing malicious software or anything that may harm users or the platform.
Community and Posts
When using the Injazio community, users must respect others and avoid misleading content, spam, or abuse. The platform may remove violating posts or restrict abusive accounts.
Subscriptions and Plans
The platform offers free and paid plans. Usage limits and features vary according to the selected plan, and pricing, duration, and features are displayed clearly before subscription.
Payments and Activation
Some subscriptions may be activated automatically after online payment, while others may be activated manually after reviewing payment proof. Users must provide accurate payment information when subscribing.
The Free Plan
The free plan is always active on your account and never expires. Your account returns to it automatically whenever a paid plan stops. Your data and boards are kept in all cases and are never deleted because a subscription ended.
Free Trial of a Paid Plan
The free trial lasts seven days from activation, once per account. On the day after it ends, an invoice for the plan is issued automatically using the billing cycle you selected when starting the trial, and it must be paid the same day: there is no grace period for the first invoice after a trial. If it is not paid that day, the account returns to the free plan, the invoice is cancelled, and you owe nothing.
When a Subscription Period Starts
For a first paid subscription, the plan period starts on the day of payment. For a renewal, the new period starts on the day the previous period ended — not on the day of payment — so you never lose days you already paid for.
Grace Period
After a paid plan period ends, you are given a five-day grace period during which all your plan features keep working. If it lapses without payment, the account returns to the free plan and the issued invoice remains payable.
Pausing a Subscription
You may pause your paid subscription at any time. Pausing stops new invoices from that date onward and does not cancel an invoice issued before it; the current invoice remains payable in full, and the month you paused during stays available to you until the end of its paid period. Pausing applies to paid plans only, since the free plan is always active and has no invoices.
Amounts Due
If a full month (or a full invoice) passes without payment, your account automatically returns to the free plan, invoicing stops, and only the single issued invoice remains due. Invoices for months in which you did not use the plan never accumulate, no matter how long the gap. A due invoice does not lapse over time, and no subscription can be renewed or purchased before it is settled.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation or refund requests are subject to the policy stated on the platform or what is agreed upon with support. Subscription expiry does not delete the account, but paid features may stop.
Intellectual Property
All rights related to design, programming, visual identity, trademarks, logos, and original texts of Injazio are fully reserved and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
Data Protection
The platform handles user data according to the Privacy Policy and uses appropriate protection measures. User data is not sold to any external party.
Service Availability
We strive to provide a stable and fast service, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical circumstances beyond control. We will work to reduce such interruptions as much as possible.
Account Suspension or Termination
The platform reserves the right to suspend, stop, or delete any account that uses the service in a violating, harmful, or fraudulent manner, while taking appropriate measures to protect the platform and its users.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is not responsible for indirect losses or damages resulting from misuse of the service, sharing login details, or relying on the platform for purposes other than those intended.
Updates to the Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect platform development or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
